Flux Cored Arc Welding Machine

The machine is used for Flux cored arc welding (FCAW) processes. FCAW is also known as flux cored welding and it is a semi-automatic or automatic arc welding process.

Working Principle
These machines require continuously fed consumable tubular electrode containing a flux and a constant voltage. In certain situations, the machine requires a continuous current welding supply. The machine is provided with self shielding flux cored arc welding wires, otherwise, gas shielded welding wires can also be used. The machine produces high wielding speeds.
