Block Brazing Machine

The brazing machine is used for carrying out block brazing process. Block brazing is a technique that involves application of heated blocks to the joint. The process acquires the needed heat from heat from the blocks that are placed in close proximity to the parts being brazed.

Brazing Process
The fusion of materials is produced with the help of heat obtained from heated blocks applied to the parts to be brazed. The process also makes use of a non ferrous filler material that has a melting point more than 427^oC, but less than that of the base material. The filler metal is uniformly dispersed in the joint by means of capillary action.
